What types of accommodations do you offer?

We offer fully furnished extended stay lodging options with all amenities included.  There are 5 private rooms each with a twin bed, closet, storage cabinet, and sink.  There is additional shared living space which includes living room/study area, kitchen, laundry area, 2 full bathrooms (with showers), and 1 half bathroom.

Do you offer discounts for professional students and healthcare professionals?

Yes.  Professional students and healthcare professionals receive a 50% discount off the normal rate ($50/day) and pay only $25/day.  There is a 28 day minimun stay requirement.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes.  A $100 security deposit is required.  The deposit is refunded in full at the conclusion of the stay provided there is no damage to property and the security key fob is returned.
